Privacy Policy
1. Zero PII & Ephemeral Processing
P4RITY Studios collects email credentials strictly for early alpha access authentication and waitlist verification. We do not store client IP addresses or personal hardware fingerprints inside persistent databases. Client IP addresses are resolved ephemerally in RAM at our edge proxy solely for automated rate limiting, abuse detection, and DDoS mitigation, after which they are irreversibly purged.
2. Commercial Non-Disclosure
Your personal information is never sold, leased, or transmitted to data brokers or advertising exchanges. Your email address is exclusively utilized to provision Founder's Edition game credentials, issue closed playtest access keys, and deliver critical development dispatches when testing lobbies are deployed.
3. Cookieless Metrics & Browser Storage
We operate exclusively with cookieless, privacy-preserving event telemetry. We monitor aggregated system performance (such as terminal sequence completion rates and waitlist signups) with zero third-party cross-site profiling. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) is used strictly to remember client interface preferences (such as audio levels and cinematic intro completion) and stores zero personal identifiers.
4. Data Subject Rights & Deletion Protocol
Under GDPR and CCPA regulations, you hold the absolute right to inspect, export, or permanently delete your email credentials from our waitlist systems at any time. To request immediate data eradication, transmit a dispatch to contact@p4rity.dev with the subject line "PURGE CREDENTIALS". Requests are acknowledged and executed within 30 days without question.
5. Age Minimum & Minor Protection
Our website (www.p4rity.dev), waitlist infrastructure, and OUTSHIFT are designed for users aged 13 and older. P4RITY Studios does not knowingly harvest or solicit personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover credentials registered by a minor under 13, the record is immediately purged from our database.
6. Security & Encryption Standards
All telemetry transmissions and waitlist registrations are encrypted in-transit using TLS 1.3 protocol. Stored data is safeguarded with AES-256 encryption at rest, protected by strict database access controls and automated rate-limiting defenses.
