What is P4RITY?

An indie game studio founded by three developers. Built by players, for players.

// The Question No One In Triple-A Is Asking

Where did the thrill go?

Games got safer. Slower. Soulless. The innovation is gone, and the giants do not care.

Walk through the current multiplayer landscape: virtually every big-budget release looks identical. Studios spend hundreds of millions of dollars chasing superficial photorealism, ray-traced puddle reflections, and motion-blurred cinematic fluff, while the actual gameplay loop remains sluggish, sanitized, and completely uninspired. The storyline is an afterthought, mechanics are dumbed down to appeal to the lowest common denominator, and mechanical depth is sacrificed at the altar of safe quarterly projections.

Instead of adrenaline, players are fed predatory engagement algorithms, endless seasonal battle royale clones, and shameless live-service goonbait: shallow character skins designed to milk microtransactions out of audiences (the Marvel Rivals formula) rather than delivering razor-sharp mechanical thrills.

Remember the brutal, heart-pounding thrill of classic Call of Duty (Modern Warfare 2, Black Ops) and early Counter-Strike? You remember when matchmaking was raw and unfiltered, when movement had momentum and bite, and when winning a clutch round caused your hands to shake with adrenaline. You weren't kept in a padded room by skill-based engagement algorithms; you got better through pure mechanical mastery and outplaying your opponent.

We take our core philosophy directly from Valve and Gabe Newell: the fundamental truth that gamers are not daily active user metrics on an executive deck. Players are smart. They immediately know when a developer genuinely loves the medium and respects their time, skill, and money.

P4RITY Studios was built with one uncompromising vision: Strip away the corporate bullshit and return to uncompromising velocity, deep skill ceilings, and pure kinetic gameplay.

ZOHAIR

Founder & Game Director // Studio Lead

I am the Game Director at P4RITY — directing every facet of the studio from overarching game design, creative direction, frontend and backend engineering, to website architecture, legal incorporation, and studio operations. I took a raw kinetic concept and scaled it into a registered independent studio and our debut title, OUTSHIFT. I have a profound love for deep, lore-heavy masterpieces like Skyrim, Max Payne, and Red Dead Redemption 2. Modern corporate gaming has traded its soul for homogenized photorealism and sanitized formulas; our mission is to build games that hit with authentic weight, raw atmosphere, and unapologetic character.

AHSAN

Co-Founder // Technical Artist, Netcode & Kinematics

The technical powerhouse behind OUTSHIFT's Kinematic Character Controller (KCC) and responsive low-latency FishNet replication. I engineer the physics, slide mechanics, and collision systems that turn momentum into a weapon — paired with custom VFX, explosive audio design, and hand-drawn character art (all characters and sprites across P4RITY are hand-drawn by my hands). Outside the studio, my passion is high-octane racing games, where hair-trigger throttle precision, inertia control, and optimal racing lines dictate survival.

KASHIF

Co-Founder // Gameplay Mechanics & Combat Systems Designer

I architect the core mechanics, game feel, classes, and abilities system that define how OUTSHIFT plays moment-to-moment — including the tactical logic behind our high-stakes tag and momentum rules. A lifelong devotee of brutal competitive shooters and fighting games like Call of Duty, Tekken, and Valorant, I bring that clutch-or-kick mindset into every system we balance. If a mechanic doesn't feel crisp, razor-sharp, and competitively pure, it doesn't enter our build.
